Full-Time Sales Representative

San Diego, California

Job Overview
We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative in San Diego to enhance our sales efforts.  This person must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently and is willing and able to perform the many different tasks required to generate demand for a new product. Ideal candidates are fitness trainers/coaches, fitness enthusiasts or people familiar with the Fitness and/or Rehab Industries.

Job Responsibilities
• Generate demand (awareness & sales) through…
  o building relationships within local fitness and rehab communities/organizations
  o coordinating “ElliptiGO Street Team” participation and/or guerilla marketing at events and in high-traffic areas
  o implementing demo and resort rental programs
  o coordinating and supporting local test ride efforts
• Represent/help build the ElliptiGO Brand in the region
• Lead the ElliptiGO Club of San Diego
• Support market research/data collection efforts and sharing of best practices
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four year college or university
• Minimum 3 years sales experience
• Background reflects strong work ethic, organizational skills, & results
• Creative and business savvy
• Motivated, self-managed, and reliable
• Computer skills: MS Office Applications, familiarity with CRM/databases
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated existing relationships in the fitness and rehab communities
• Avid runner, cyclist, and/or fitness enthusiast is a plus
• Possess valid driver’s license and maintain credible auto insurance
• Ability and willingness to work weekends as needed
