This year all attendees will receive a 15th Annual ElliptiGO World Championships and Rally Weekend commemorative cap!! These are not for sale and cannot be shipped so register to join us to get yours!

6:00 – 10:00 am – WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS CLIMB UP PALOMAR MOUNTAIN

Note: World Championships awards and group photos of participants will take place at the top of Palomar Mountain immediately following the event.
2:00 pm – GROUP RIDE PARTICIPANTS BEGIN GATHERING AT ELLIPTIGO HQ

2:30 – 4:00 pm – GROUP RALLY RIDES: Choose 1 of 3 routes of varying lengths that will depart ElliptiGO HQ at the same time. Each group will have a leader & a sweep. No rider left behind!
Hardest Route: Approx 14 miles and will include about 1,000 feet of climbing. It will go south along the coast up to the top of Torrey Pines & back. The average pace will be about 12-14 mph.
Middle Route: Approx 10 miles and will include about 300 feet of climbing. It will go north along the coast to the Moonlight Beach parking lot & back. The average pace will be about 12-13 mph.
Short Route: Approx 5 miles and will include less than 100 feet of climbing. It will go along the lagoon across from Jimmy Durante Blvd. The average pace will be 10-12 mph.

Food catered by Taco Love Mobile Catering food truck, offering a variety of tacos including vegetarian and fish. We will also provide margaritas, beer, non-alcoholic beer, soda, seltzer, and water. If you prefer something else, you may bring your own drinks in a small cooler.

30 minutes before your group’s departure time – RIDE PARTICIPANTS BEGIN GATHERING AT ElliptiGO HQ
ELLIPTIGO HEADQUARTERS

9 am, 10 am, and 10:45 am – GROUP RALLY RIDES – 3 routes of varying lengths depart ON TIME with the goal of all groups arriving back at ElliptiGO HQ by noon. All rides depart from ElliptiGO Headquarters and go north along the coast. We will again have three different routes that will leave at different times.
Long Route: Departs promptly at 9:00 AM; approximately 34 miles in total distance to the Oceanside Pier & back. Riders in this group will plan on averaging at least 14 mph to arrive back at ElliptiGO HQ no later than noon.
Medium Route: Departs promptly at 10:00 AM; approximately 21 miles in total distance to the Carlsbad Hilton & back. Riders in this group will plan on averaging about 12 mph to arrive back at ElliptiGO HQ no later than noon.
Short Route: Departs promptly at 10:45 AM; approximately 12 miles in total distance to D Street in Encinitas & back. Riders in this group will plan on averaging 12 mph to arrive back at ElliptiGO HQ no later than noon.
The goal is to have everyone back at ElliptiGO HQ by noon to return borrowed bikes. Those joining us for lunch can leave their vehicles parked at ElliptiGO and walk across the street to Fidel’s.
