Darren Brown Plans
Darren’s training plans are ideal for runners of any ability from novice to elite, and they will have the largest amount of ElliptiGO integration. Darren specializes in injury prevention and recovery training for athletes who have chronic injuries, have had a recent injury or who are simply looking for a little extra time on their ElliptiGO bike. Darren’s plans have ranges and workout options built in, and they typically keep running to 3-4 days per week depending on what level you follow.
