If you make your purchase directly from ElliptiGO, you can return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. For apparel, gloves, and helmets: the item must be in restockable condition, meaning that all tags and/or stickers are still on the product. The item may be tried on for fit, but not used. Any returned item that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our error may receive a partial refund, which we will inform you about upon receipt of the return. Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a full-time Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This person must be a motivated self-starter who can work independently and is willing and able to perform the many different tasks required in a fast-moving small company environment. This person will be the technical lead for the company and must be confident in their ability to create, vet, test, and validate new designs along with supporting our existing products in the field. This role is based at our headquarters in Solana Beach, CA. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with industrial designers to vet and validate design concepts 
  • Provide and receive feedback to/from technical and non-technical collaborators • Perform predictive analysis to verify design functionality 
  • Design test procedures and fixtures and manage testing to verify performance and conformance  with safety regulations 
  • Create engineering documentation for the manufacturing and maintenance of new designs
  • Define and manage the QA process for incoming product 
  • Interface with vendors and manufacturing partners 
  • Provide technical support for customer field issues 

Job Requirements 

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, with 7-10 years of engineering work experience • Excellent technical knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes for bicycles or other  similar products/industries 
  • Strong collaborative mindset 
  • Motivated, self-managed, and reliable 
  • Excellent mechanical design and analysis skills 
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in SOLIDWORKS and MS Office Apps

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop Marketing Strategies – Create and implement marketing plans that align with business goals, target audiences, and market trends. 
  • Lead Multi-channel Marketing Campaigns – Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
