If you make your purchase directly from ElliptiGO, you can return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded). Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item. For apparel, gloves, and helmets: the item must be in restock-able condition, meaning that all tags and/or stickers are still on the product. The item may be tried on for fit, but not used.
