ElliptiGO, along with 300 other guests, celebrated Meb Keflezighi’s New York City Marathon race and retirement at a surprise party on November 13th in San Diego. Meb closed out his career in epic fashion, taking 11th place in 2:15:29 as the second American finisher across the line. Meb is the only runner to ever win an Olympic medal, the New York City Marathon and the Boston Marathon, making him one of the greatest American distance runners of all time.
Meb’s retirement party featured a thoughtful and heartwarming Q&A with the celebrated guest, and ElliptiGO proudly presented Meb with a custom ElliptiGO-themed helmet as a thanks for his advocacy for impact-free training over the past four years.
