How did you first hear of ElliptiGO? We first discovered ElliptiGO when we were on vacation in Mission Beach (San Diego) and saw someone riding one on the bike path around the bay. They looked like they were really enjoying themselves so we decided to check out the brand. After doing online research and reading about how so many people enjoyed riding the ElliptiGO pain-free, Dena knew she had to get one for herself.

Rodd and Dena have been involved in fitness for years. Dena has been a certified fitness instructor, and both have competed in cycling (mountain biking) and running events. Rodd is an active cyclist and runner, and belongs to our local running club. We live between the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County in the Conejo Valley with Malibu to our south. We both enjoy being outdoors and are very enthusiastic about the ElliptiGO brand. We both can relate to the market of people who want to continue to be active, competitive, strong and athletic, without having to be in pain from running, or the low-back pain or strain that comes from riding in a seated position.

How Do You Use Your ElliptiGO For Fitness/Exercise? As someone who raced cross country mountain bikes for years, Dena loves that she can ride an ElliptiGO on the roads and feel stronger on the ElliptiGO than a regular bike, and not be in pain when riding. As a runner and cyclist, Rodd finds the 8C optimal for cross training and using it on days when he wants to run but is too sore or injured from running. We both love the MSUB. It compliments both of our riding styles, and we both feel like there is no terrain that this bike can't handle.
What do you love most about riding an ElliptiGO? Dena loves that she can ride pain-free and enjoy all terrains with the many ElliptiGO ride options. Rodd loves to use the ElliptiGO as a cross training tool for his marathon training.
What is your favorite ElliptiGO bike?
Rodd’s favorite is the 11R and Dena’s is the MSUB.
What is your favorite local ride?
Dena’s favorite local ride is around the lake on the 8C or Wildwood for the MSUB. Rodd’s favorite local ride is the North Ranch/Westlake Loop, and Cheseboro for the MSUB.
