How did you first hear of ElliptiGO? I have always been someone who values diverse training to make me a better runner. I heard about ElliptiGO, got on the phone with headquarters and had one in the mail the next day. It was magical.

Kim Nedeau
Kim Nedeau is a life-long runner and discovered the ElliptiGO bikes as a way to supplement training and increase overall weekly volume. She placed 2nd at the prestigious Mount Washington Road Race in 2016 and 3rd in 2019. Kim went on to qualify to run on the US Mountain Running Team and finished 9th at the World Mountain Running Championships held in Bulgaria, first American, and helped the women’s team to the bronze medal. Although typically a trail and mountain runner, as a 40 year old, she jumped in the New England 8k Championships, a road race, and surprised everyone by winning the overall women’s race. Guess what? Much of her training leading up to the race was on her beloved long stride.
She is a running coach and works with injury-prone runners. In her group of 20, my runners own 16 ElliptiGOs!
Kim's Journey with ElliptiGO
What is your favorite ElliptiGO bike?
I cannot choose! I love my long stride and MSUB equally. The MSUB allows me to ride the rocky dirt roads around my town and the long stride mimics run form, which was my first reason for starting to ride an ElliptiGO.
What is your favorite local ride?
There is a quiet, hilly, 30 mile ride right out my front door that is a weekly staple. My favorite rides include long gradual climbs that I can really sink my teeth into and then fly down the other side.
What is your longest or most memorable ride?
I rode 50 hilly miles on my MSUB as a birthday celebration. I won’t say the end of the ride was pretty but it was an amazing challenge and a memorable birthday gift to myself.
