After you become an ElliptiGO Enthusiast, your profile will appear on our “Test Rides” map. From here, interested customers can ask you questions and request a test ride!

If an interested customer asks you a question via our platform, you earn points. If you meet up with them for a test ride, you earn points. If they decide to purchase, you earn A LOT of points. These points can either be redeemed towards anything on our website or cash. Your choice.

Enthusiast Onboarding Process

The process to become an Enthusiast is quick and easy. After completing the short application, you should hear back from us in 2-3 business days. Upon approval, we’ll invite you to our Enthusiast portal where you need to complete some simple training. From there, your profile will go live and you can start earning points by connecting with the community.

  • Complete the Required Training Once approved, complete our short training module and your profile will go live

  • Connect and Start Earning Points Start spreading the ElliptiGO love and earning points.

FAQs

How time consuming will this Enthusiast role be? How many questions and test rides should I expect?

The Enthusiast role shouldn’t consume much of your time at all. The amount of questions and test rides you receive will vary based on a variety of factors. These factors can be where you live, the number of other enthusiasts in your area, the time of year, and ElliptiGO marketing campaigns. Most likely it will be less than a handful of questions and no more than a couple of test ride requests each month.

If I have a question regarding the Enthusiast Program, who should I contact?

Is there a prerequisite of requirements needed to become an enthusiast?

You must own one of the following ElliptiGO models (11R, 8C, 8S, 3C, MSUB or RSUB bike), but otherwise, we are just looking for people who love their ElliptiGO and are willing to connect with interested customers!

What kind of support will I receive from ElliptiGO?

In addition to a short training program which should take less than 30 minutes to complete, we provide Enthusiasts with a variety of resources and tools to support your success. And of course, if you don’t know an answer to a question or want to discuss a test ride, we’re more than happy to help.

Where do I conduct the test rides? At my house? At a local park?

It’s totally up to you where you conduct the test ride as long as it’s at a location that is a safe place to try an ElliptiGO bike and it supports a great experience. As an Enthusiast, you’re responsible for coordinating when and where you meet directly with the interested customer.
