If you make your purchase directly from ElliptiGO, you can return an item for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less return shipping charges, if any (expedited outbound shipping charges will not be refunded). For apparel, gloves, and helmets: the item must be in restock-able condition, meaning that all tags and/or stickers are still on the product. The item may be tried on for fit, but not used. Any returned item that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons other than our error may receive a partial refund, which we will inform you about upon receipt of the return. Details on Used Bike Condition:

Our 30% off used bikes are in good condition. They will show a lot of wear and tear and have significant scratches or visual blemishes.  Any parts that were significantly worn have been replaced, but you should expect to see wear on the tires, brake pads, load wheels and tracks.

Warranty
All of the used bikes we ship out will be in good working order. They should not have any mechanical issues when you receive them. As a result, we will honor our standard warranty of 5-years for the frame and 2-years for the drive arms, crank arms, front fork, and steering column. All of the other components will have a 30-day warranty. That includes the gearing system, shifter, handlebar, stem, grips, etc. We don’t manufacture those parts so we can’t extend their warranties. Therefore, if you discover a mechanical issue with a component within the first 30-days after you receive it, we will repair or replace that component at our cost. That should allow you enough time to ensure that the bike you received was in good working order when you received it.
